Despite the ONS doing their best to revise the rigged GDP figures to please New Labour, the UK is still in recession, the longest recession the UK has ever been in, and all thanks once again to a Labour government. New labour continue their record breaking run of the worst statistics you could imagine.

  • I thought we were leading the world out of Recession...

  • We are aren't we.... or maybe the economic figures are SO bad that not even the ONS can rig them for New Labour to look good.

  • The public is misled into thinking the recession is their responsibility and they have to pay for it.

The recession is merely a product of withdrawal of credit (money) from the system.

This is controlled by the banking system including the central banks. All they have to do is turn the taps off and we have recession or leave them on too much and we have bubbles - SIMPLE AS THAT.

The people at the top are well aware of this . They abuse the system for their own gain.

  • if Dubai isnt rescued Britain will be dragged down again with more banks going bust, Gordon is playing the crisis down for fear of political backlash, all smiles on his holiday in Trinidad, just wait for the next economic crash..Gordon will jet off again to escape the flak.

  • Do these news folks really believe their upbeat BS? As usual, "less bad" than expected. Now, that's good news. Not!
