Race-Technology VIDEO4 Widescreen Demo (720p version) Onboard MX5/Miata Oulton Park

http://www.driver-coaching.com - HD 720p version - Example video using the new (May 2010) widescreen option within the Race Technology VIDEO4 software. Bulletcams are currently only available in 4:3 layout but RT have created the option to place the additional cam feeds and any data/graphics/text alongside the usual 4:3 layout window and generate a 16:9 layout at 1024x576.

This video was created before the option was available but it can still be use to add data and graphic elements in the 'sidebar". Here we have a dash display (one of the many fantastic dash displays Race Technology supply) and some data, trackmap, laptime info and an Altitude display.

It's very basic and took me just 30 minutes to create, the pupose of which was to see how it looked when uploaded to Youtube. This version has been re-encoded to 1280x720.

I have generally cropped and stretched my onboard videos to look good on Youtube but this loses a lot of quality.
