Intro to the forgotten 1976 series "The Monster Squad". (No relation to the movie from the 80's) It stars Fred Grandy, former "Love Boat" star & politician, as a guy who works nights at a wax museum(!) and re-animates wax figures of Dracula, Frankenstein, & The Wolfman. And now the monsters are "determined to make up for their past misbehaving by fighting crime". You can watch a full episode of The Monster Squad at www.frightmarestheseries.com

No but a lot of filmmakers have brought the same team of Universal Studios movie monsters together since the 1930s. I wouldn't be surprised if the film took its title from the series as a "tribute."
As a fan of the classic Universal monsters, this show was must-see TV for me back in the mid-'70s as a kid. It's really nice to see the intro again after more than 30 years.
Wow. I was about seven when this show was on. I remember watching it and loving it, but honestly can't remember why! lol thanks for the trip down memory lane!
