i really love skipping and i do i almost every day and i want lose my stomach fat (10 cm or 4 inches) so how many jumps do i need to do for flat stomach?

oh my ı try it out today BUT ı only can do 10 >< and for 5 min ... this man show like so easy to do XD but he msut be super pro on this *_*
PLUS its hard to jump with all this fat on me :c

I've just started to practice this, I'm having a lot of problems with my rythm, but I'll do as this guy does, keep my hands a little bit closer to my waist and keep on doing it 'til I can do it well. It's not as easy as it seems, you have to try hard!!!

I love jump rope... heres what i do
1. I jump 125 rounds
2. Then i tke 40 secs break
3. Again i d 125 rounds...
4. I do this till i reach 2000 jumps..
I have been doing this almost every day for a month and i have lost belly fat... all i wanna know is will this help me loose 15 Kilos in 2 months or do i have to do more than that to loose 15 kgs..
i can only do jump 3 times before i trip over :(
