My third and final attempt to stop getting billed for an account I have canceled TWICE.
It was frustrating that I couldn't understand him and probably equally frustrating for him that he didn't understand me1

  • for future reference when bleeping out your name dont use a beep sound that is 100 decibels louder then the rest of the video an blow out my eardrums

  • If you are a an Indian call center guy you might know this already.. Americans find indians hard to understand but we understand them quite easily.. at the same time the English have no problem understanding Indians but we find it very difficult to understand them.Rate of speech is an important factor ( I worked for both AT&T and BT as tech support in a BPO)

  • I know how you feel, I had to call India once to get my internet ADSL line strengthened cause we were having problems with it

the first woman had such a thick Indian accent I could not understand her

The second woman was more understandable but could barely talk techspeak

the third woman I was lucky with, knew how to do what I wanted, and did it within half an hour.

  • @airflind100 i think you still did not get it you drippy cunt. go and read what i have been explaining there..and stop getting on my nerves

  • @andyman3uk Good thing you are one of the few people who believe that call center jobs are something to be proud of. I am a Filipino agent working in an Aussie campaign...and I am proud of my job. ^_^

  • @Krby84 Well, if that is the case, you could have just put in the title: Bad Customer Service Experience, instead of Calling Customer Service in India.

  • @jazzitality True. I am also working in a call center and I have that experience too.
