Her arm styling is lacking. But I saw videos of them dancing a rumba to Sacrifice and she looked SO MUCH better. Natasha loaded those but did not say when it was danced. Same partner.

Personal preference really. For me, I keep the arms low when I go for power and speed, and high when I need something dramatic. I guess with experience, the dancers tend to pick whatever works for them in their performances.
