It explains the symbolism of House's dream by juxtaposing it with actual events, and Wilson sheds serious light on the inner workings of his best friend's mind. It is basically just an artistic and lyrical recap of Joy/The Itch, with some allusions to past episodes.

@FraDoMa69 house was trying to swat a fly and he hit a nossle off sumptin so gas started leakin into his house then he hitt the dial for one of the burners on his stove top so the fire and the gas combined and we get an explosion as our end result
