  • of course if I do not like my manager I could move out .but I was here first and way longer then her my manager.more complaints are laundry room dryer was broke for 4 month's and she blamed it on the vending machine people.washing machine also broke we waiting a long time that it was not even funny.she never mowed the lawn and it got really tall then she mowed it once every month half and I had allergies like crazy.Bushes where not being trimmed.weeds where out of control.its was crazy .

  • my apartment is Government low income housing.CBM Management own 200 apartments around CA and Oregon.and we have had more then 3 manager come and going.3rd one we got I have non stop complained about her.she dose not always keep her appointments.she has poor maintenance skills.my screen door needed repair with new screen she takes the whole thing off but breaks it so not a new one will need to be ordered.I got new heater and I don't like it.over heats like a fire hazed.I'm depressed..Rio Dell CA

  • A good property manager is someone who takes ownership in their position. Someone who takes the needs of his/her building and residents personally.  Someone who doesn't clock punch, who makes themselves readily available at all times. It helps if the property management company they work for appreciates the good work that is required in maintaining a building.
