Merry Christmas from Meredith to her Dad!!

My good friend and student Meredith wrote to me this morning and told me her father had a stroke and she had flown home to be with him for Christmas. She also told he enjoyed watching her in my Christmas video. So I have re-cut my Yogic Christmas video so it more features her so they can enjoy it together. I have drove hundreds of miles and spent many many hours cutting Christmas videos and the one that ends up meaning the most to me this Christmas was already in my computer!!! Merry Christmas to all!!
