  • Yes it does - i wouldn't have got into this if it didn't. The principles of it are sound, you work out on a vibrating platform so your muscles are constantly contracting and relaxing to stabilise- try one and see for yourself!

  • Nahid, Im a personal trainer, Im also a powerplate academy trainer-got my certificate. Love your workout. Some ingenius little exercises thrown in there. vVery impressive. Just wondering why you leave the mat on and do it in bare feet- is this to look abit more hollistic? I guess you'd probably absorb the vibrations better, Yeh, Im just thinking about it.. I wont suggest it at our studio though- everyone would end up with verucas!

  • Yes, it honestly does. You can reduce cellulite quickly and tone your complete body in a fairly fast and pleasant way. If you try it a couple of times you will see.

  • Hi Nahid you look great. Can't get to your studio but my hubby is going to get one for my 40th.  Can you please say which excercise lifted yr bottom. Was it the squats? Also what is best to lose a mummy tummy midsection. Everything else is slim othr than the tummy. Also with age bottom gets a little flatter. LOL Any suggestions. Thanks Wahida
