  • Thanks for this smart video. You understand the nutritional aspects of promoting a healthy sex drive. Sleep, diet and exercise all contribute as well to sex drive. Many are extremely depleted in minerals- selenium being one important one. Also toxicity from what is termed "xenoestrogens" which are synthetic compounds found externally which act as estrogens internally- wreck havoc on sex hormones and are a HUGE part of the problem with declining sperm counts worldwide.
