actually besides the nose job that she obviously has had she looks about the same to me because once you apply makeup, powder, blush, false lashes, etc, etc, that person is not going to look the same and her butt doesn't look artificial if you look at some of her earlier music videos kim was about 20 pounds smaller than she is now so the booty may be the result of weight and muscle gain and of course she has had breast augmentation surgery but so has a lot of other regular and celebrity women

Derek and Kim are so giddy when around each other. I think they bring out the best from each other because their chemistry on and off the dancefloor is wonderful to watch! Vote for Kim and Derek tomorrow night! 3401!!
