Terry Branstad is joining perhaps the toughest race of his political career the race against his own record as Governor.
Branstad has said he wants to defend his record in his campaign, but so far he's only been arguing with it.
The video outlines how he is already attacking his own record on budget, borrowing, and taxes. Iowans want to know where Terry actually stands on the issues, and if he doesn't come clean he will lose before he even gets to November.
This guy is the biggest doucher in the world!!!!

Better Iowa my ASS! Braindead Branstad refuses to accept modern day science in favor of propaganda and political BS.

Branstad is currently 19 points ahead of Culver. Bye bye Culver and hello to a better Iowa.

Hate to say it; but Terry will be reelected. I used to work for the state for 30 years. When Ray was Governor, there were great services. When Bradstad took over, in his second term he increased the government by hiring two more management levels and decrease the work force thus increasing cost and lowering services to the people!! Please don't put him back in office!!!!

@bobwaters vanderplaats and roberts are stronger than branstead. Branstead is the only chance culver has of getting reelected.
And your thinking about winning rather than your values? if your a conservitive, branstead is your worst nightmare.

This add was paid for by the Democrats who are anxious to see that a weaker candidate like Vanderplaats or Roberts is nominated. What does that tell you, Republican primary voters?
BTW, by what authority, Stan, do you claim that the unknown Mr. Titus is "one of the countries (sic) best legal minds," or that he is correct in saying that an executive order can trump the State Supreme Court's interpretation of the state constitution?

@that70sguy1975 Branstad's plan to change back to traditional marriage will take 4 years. Vanderplaats will issue an executive order on day one to stop same sex liscences from being issued until it comes to a vote of the people of Iowa. Branstad claims thi scan't be done ,but, Herb Titus, one of the countries best legal minds, disagrees.

Despite some of his Faults, he was a good governor. I could care less about his fiscal record and more about what he instills in this state morally. I'd like to see the marriage amendment brought to vote. Marriage is between one man and one woman. I'd also like to see the end of the waste dollars spent on making iowa a "green" place through it's support of bio diesel and ethenol, as well as wind energy.

This has got to be one of the worst political attacks I've ever seen. Talk about misrepresenting the facts to fit your agenda.

This simply must be one of the lamest and least articulate political attack ads I have ever seen. I in no way agree with Terry Branstad but even I can recognize this garbage piece of political advertising.
