    Interesting I didn't think Marvel studios could use the Skrull. I agree with Whedon reasoning, while the Skrull would have made better villains than the Chitauri but the movie itself overall was much better because it focused on the Avengers and to lesser extent Loki and Fury, not the aliens. Smart move.

    Wasp was only a mutant in the Ultimates continuity, they could use her 616 background and have her superpowers technological in origin.

    i highly doubt as fox has openly spoken they will not share universe with marvel, they just made concessions to continue to get the "exclusive" contract, much like sony releasing rights to tv shows of spider-man.
