This is a video showing what we do as a a family farm here in Sw missouri. We cut tedder, rake, bale and haul our burmuda hay to the barn. its actually a lot of fun hard work but sure worth it in the winter and we sell alot of our hay to horse cattle and goat sheep etc people. We started using antique tractor's porpane and diesel and have found them very workable and fun to drive and work with. we have some gas tractors as well makes running all this equipment easier as when the hay is ready you have to get it put up quickly.and always that rain threat makes you work faster. it was hot this season and we did get itired and in the evening after all is done we are happy its up and in the barn.
we have some for sale call or email as it is excellent quality and bales average about 70 lbs.

we have 2 parts showing the haying process and again r hope you enjoy out film and please subscribe and we love to hear from you about out films.

  • i have a 64 john deere rake simular to a 640 my friends 640 rake has raked over 10000 acres of hay

  • @amblefire i thought it was a 720?

  • Liked the reminders.

Back when, we used horses and of course the old time equipment with none of the new fangled engines and all

And, yes, you're quite right. Nothing like the feeling of putting up hay and corn, and of course working on a farm

    Shore do miss it

  • It's a 1957 what?

  • I always found it so much more work when you drop the bales like that, we always pulled a flat rack behind the baler.
