Corsair Genkai 5

This a complete footage of Corsair Genkai 5 quest. The fight is very short and perfectly reflects the nature of this job: it's all about luck!
It might seem it's easy seeing this video, but this was actually my third attempt; this time Lady Luck was on my side ^_-

Can you post your gear set-up for this fight? I recognize most of the pieces I can see, although I'm not sure what the legs piece is.

The legs are republic subligar, they give a +5 to attack and ranged attack, practically a must have for any low level DD.

I don't remember clearly the rest of the equip but note that it wasn't the perfect setup because i did this fight just for fun and challenge long time after being 75 (so i sold the akinji hands and legs).

Neck: PCC

Mantle: Amemet+1

Belt: Precise belt

1 question if ur a COR y do you got a staff and not a DD type wepon

it was just for this particular fight, don't worry i never used vulcan staff in any other situation. The point is this fight is so short that you don't really have time to do anything else but shoot, so i chose to use a vulcan staff for two good reasons:

1) a +15 bonus in ranged attack

2) Bonus damge to Fire shot

that fire staff is to increase the damage potency of the slug shot and or fire shot.

This fight used to be so much harder back in the day, back when COR only had Iron Bullets and one charge on Quick Draw with a two minute recast.

Back then regardless of what you did you needed to get III or IV on Wild Card to stand a solid chance of winning.

Qultada is a monster, definately one of the hardest LB5's out there.

lol obviously for her Slug Shot.. the staff is good and adds dmg, if your depending on SH then yeah staff ftw atleast without a subjob lol XD
