I thought these were cancelled? Very good that these are in use. There's a gap between the M1 and M2 that needs to be filled with the MGS. It's been too long this system has been kept from the battlefield. The Army is much too reliant on the Air Force to do its job

@jaglavaksoldier I was going to say, it would make sense on a system such as this to have the combustible case round. It looks a bit odd having a huge 105mm case being lobbed out the back after every shot.

What types of rounds does the MGS use? Any APFSDS rounds?

@franknbeans4761 It fires all NATO standard tactical 105mm ammunition including the M883 and M900 APFSDS rounds. Also, a new 105mm APFSDS combustible case round is under development for the MGS.
