  • sikhism consider yoga to meet with God as a foolish n' wasteful act .

it may be good for heath but has nothing to do with God lord of universe.

Yogi harbhajan was a thug only !

Realization of ONEness is sikhism . everythingh is one

Admission of every worst in your life as a Wish of god .no hate , no criticism to someone.

Essence of guru granth sahib is that

THere is one and one and one only !

    nothing enyone else

one can reach the god with high wisdom or very very high wisdom

    nt by cleverness

  • This guy is a bum, he doesn't work and has stereotypical views regarding Punjabis, Yogi Bhajan (the man that the 3HO cult worship) disliked Punjabis and called them Ice-cream sikhs, mean while Yogi himself, a hopeless sh!t (other than in accumulating wealth) practiced Hindu Pujas, go figure...hmm maybe Tony is a member of the 3HO cult lol

  • Tony, you state "Sikhs branched out of Hindus", that may or may not be the case (many converted from Islam), but Sikhism did not branch out of Hinduism, Guru Nanak Dev Ji was very clear on that point. Rackhri was rejected by him too as it supports the case that women require men to protect them. In Sikhi we are equal. You have the right to do whatever you wish, but it is not Sikhi and you certainly don't represent normal day to day Sikhs.

  • tajbir you dont fuckin know a thing about rakhri tool, all that shit is cultural and related to marriage which was never apart of the holy book period, that was all fucking cultural shit. You can't argue shit here buddy. another actual Punjabi Sikh view. from a Sikh born in Canada.

  • @Tonyr00 urs comments are on many videos.....spreading hate, telling peoples niggers, bhapas, pakis and telling sikhs are part of hindus...stop doing propaganda against sikhs and their universal faith...plz brother u have to answer to god one day...

  • And you are telling me not to behave like a child? "you need to grow up to have an adult conversation, okay?" - LoL? Brother, similiar which Religion you belong i respect everyone as person and as human. You don´t know the real purpose of Rakhri, thats why i comment. I NEVER said, that there is something wrong in faimliy bonding traditions. It is your thing, what you are doing or what not. You don´t need my permission to celebrate Rakhri, i am only saying this to you in the Sikhi view. Truth!

  • @tajbir1

Me, my family our relations and extended family and friends will continue to enjoy Rakhri, Lohri, Dussehra, Dewali, Holi and all Guru's birthdays and Vaisakhi. It is a family get together pleasure. You are a backward knit picker bad insaan.

STOP ANALYSING AND TARNISHING HINDUS....AND DECENT SIKHS!

Jai Gursikh and Jai Bharat Maan

  • @tajbir1

You believe in sikhism your way and I will believe it my way. Sikhs branched out of hindus and this fact will not be changed. If people like you have so much needle with simple family trditions common to Hindus and Sikhs, then do not take part in it but do not start lecturing other normal day to day sikhs to follow your analysis of all traditions and their history.

There is not a thing wrong with family bonding traditions whether hindu or sikh or even muslim/christians.

into any trouble. As a token of his promise, he gives some money to the girl after she ties the Rakhri on his wrist. The ritual of Rakhri assumes that a girl cannot protect herself. This gives second-rate status to the women. Hence, it is not an approved custom among the Sikhs. According to historic tradition, the Rakhi or Rakhri was a magic thread tied by a Tantric Yogi, a holy person, or a fakir, to protect the wearer from evil happenings. Later, the Rakhri took the form of the
