This is a horrific story. I'm not sure when this abuse happened to you, but if the "statute of limitations" hasn't passed, you should definitely resubmit your evidence to the local authorities. I also suggest you contact Crime Survivors Orange County. They have great resources to help victims fight a system that often seems to favor criminals.

@OCcrimecatchers i wanted to thank u ill do what u suggested Does the emosional effects created by what happened have a part in this case Because it effected me It shattered me i see a therapist who is helping me to become stronger to stand up in court with out falling on my face and shutting down in fear as i was when captive and just like any one with PTSD flash backs are very disabling along with panic attacks he had threatened my life in the most cruel terrifying ways. thank u again...

@shanti1001 He gets out jan or feb 2012 arrested about 10 or maybe more and gets out in a few hours. For the same horrible Crime he thinks He is God ill call them i was also was raped first time i didn't know until i woke up after that if i didn't do what he said i was beaten Viciously with no mercy for my illness vomiting sweating confused i was burning in pain so terrified i was left with some one who acted like they would help one i had no one abandoned by my family they left to Oklahoma

@OCcrimecatchers Thank u This happened 2009 dec to 2010 jan. i was raped beaten almost to death and still have pain ever sense he beat my my kidney and gallbladder stopped Function right lost my gallbladder But it feels like a long nightmare that I was held captive by my in home care taker what he did and is still doing is a horrible crime. He is a serial killer in making. Last arrest a mth ago same MO domestic abuse controlled substance and prostitution in lacy of orange in orange county cali.

the detectives partner gave me 5 min.and yell at me as i lay with bruises covering my whole body and say to me as im shaking traumatized he says in a rude way do u know how serious these charges are he scared me even more after i was traumatized they missed internal injuries and broken nose and damaged organs the man who beat me nathaniel ascherman was my so called in home care taker who i was left with sick sweating Vomiting confused and literally frozen in fear being Tortured

Nathaniel Ascherman who almost killed me is Very scary dark sick man who is repeating over and over what he did with me its unbearable and as a disabled person I felt not heard no one did their job and messed up the whole case Even The DA went of vacation so i had no help all doors shut never even gave me a rape kit test missed the abuse pics i took and left of my photo booth...> next post
