but then Tupacs family (amaru records) also are guilty of using the theory of him being alive by using subtle or hidden hints to help carry on his legacy. It makes him seem more legendary and in the end sells records. It is easy to twist tupacs words to make them convey a certain messege..and rightfully so..his lyrics are not meant to be taken so literal though. This 'plan' he spoke of i believe was to start Death Row East, then Makaveli Records and eventually get into politics somehow.

The 7's are just coincedences, since 7 is the most common number that comes up in numerology it is easy to find 7's by doing simple math if you really want to find them. It could also be subliminal messaging to promote his album, The Don Killuminati the 7 Day Theory. There are upside-down 7's on the menu board in the movie gridlock'd that tupac starred in that are suppose to be upside-down L's. the biggie smalls he is referring too was one of his homeboys part of an old crew of his. And he doesn't say 'now biggie died' he says 'now diggy-die' which was a slang phrase in the early 90's.
