rest in peace

Hi guys it would mean the world to me if you could please read this.
Five years old. Just five years old when colic took this beautiful boy away from us. Heaven just needed another angel.
Danny isn't my horse, he was owned by my good friend Beth and his death was tragic to say the least... Ori and Danny shared a paddock together and he was the only horse she seemed to get along with, sure he was bossy at feed time but they seemed to really love each other. I know she's really going to miss him, as we all will. Danny was saved from the slaughterhouse. Beth took him in as an off the track thoroughbred and worked with him. He was unique and really seemed to want to learn. The times I rode him he kind of I guess gave me hope... And I remember so clearly the day when Shana and I found out he passed away.
We were sitting in my room watching the Blair Witch Project with the boys when Shana got a text from Beth's mum saying Danny had to be put down. We didn't believe it. There was no way such a young, healthy and well cared for horse had died. We were wrong. We called Beth and listened as she cried and cried, and although I knew Danny only a couple of months, I sat there and cried too, Shana was upset, crying and Beth distraught and I tried to keep myself together to try and comfort her. I think I failed, of course I didn't ask you know but damn, I cried that day. Danny was the sweetest horse and he'd do anything for Beth, they had a truly amazing bond and still do to this day.
This song is so beautiful, the amount of times I cried listening to it... This video made me bawl my eyes out...
I was debating whether or not to put this on YouTube... Originally I had decided against it but I decided to. A contest I entered got me through to round 3 which was to edit a video of a deceased horse, like this but to be honest, I'm not caring too much if I get through, it's not why I made this video.
So this video is for Beth and Danny. May he rest in peace...
