Ahh I understand now why sometimes the littles things set me off and I can never pay attention... It rakes me atleast an hour to fall asleep and once I am asleep it takes all my energy to get out of bed in the morning

Thank you for the information presented in this video. I have delayed sleep phase that has recently worsened, and like you described, I have been suffering from decreased concentration and increased emotional disturbances. Nothing I had read before explained that there is a link between the sleep disorder and these other disturbances; I had thought I was losing my mind! Thank you so much for explaining this.
