very nice routine--- thanks for taking the time to share it with everyone.

Thanks mate! This was exactly what I was looking for. I've recently started training Muay Thai coming from a life of absolutely no training or stretching what so ever. So I'm kinda stiff to say the least. What music is in the videos? I love it.

thanks for you everyone people help

@santiagocabrera :-D High kicks do help in a fight. Do not underestimate a good kicker. Especially the Hook Kick or reverse hook kick could be deadly.

how long did it take you to become this flexible ?

These videos would be great for me, but i'm not even flexible enough to get into the positions yet.. :/

its is but if you want to develop flexibility faster and if you want to get better results you should stretch at least 3 times a day for 20-40 mins after being already warmed up.
Hi lojoco
Great video, as a practising martial artist my greatest frustration is lack of flexibility. Do you think everyone is capable of good flexibity or do you think some people will just have to accept the fact that they will never be flexible?
I will follow your routine and let you know how I get on ;-)
Thanks

Nigel:
I think everyone can improve their flexibility in one way or another, even if they aren't flexible. Start stretching in small increments that your muscles can handle.
Make it a point to do a light warm-up first (shadow box, jog in place, jump rope, etc.)to warm the muscles. The key is consistency, try it for a few weeks, I'm sure you'll notice a difference. Relax when you are stretching, mental heaviness affects the routine.
