OTIS DEATH TRAP HYDRAULIC @ Grove St. Parking Garage, East Lansing

I have ridden this one since I was young. It has ALWAYS been nasty. However, not THIS nasty!!! I was amazed to see it had two lights working, and what appeared to be a phone? I seriously doubt it works.

Other notes: This parking garage in general is crap. The stairways don't even have doors, so this ramp is open to vandals, drunks, and homeless. Once, when I was 5-6, we went to use the elevator to find a homeless man sleeping on the floor. That was extremely scary - I still remember that. East Lansing, take better care of your ramps!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DT Rating: 7/10 (Doors slam and close fast [sensors actually work], has a death rattle, REALLY SLOW, smells like piss, found a hobo in there once sleeping, and the cab has 2 operating lights and looks like it has taken a beating.)
