  • Very close! Have you had it calibrated yet? It's pretty helpful to know where it stands so you can get one slightly easier and one slightly harder to work with.

  • Thanks Ben! I haven't but I think it is 2.9 comparing to the 3 I am closing in choker. I have many 3 and all of them seem the same strength to me (so it's average I guess) but the 3 in choker is a bit harder than the rest.

    Actually this is my first time closing anything #3 level. Before I always used to only bend and very hard negatives on grippers. I didn't get anywhere because each workout I will have SHARP PAIN in my middle finger thus leaving grippers for monthes time because I couldn't even close a T without pain.

  • Third post

    So when ever anyones leaves anything for so long he will loose taht strength. Then when I got my 3 Inch dumbbells I started to train all-round like thick bar, pinch, wrist, sledge,bending, and low volume grippers. It helped a lot and in maybe 4 sessions with right training I am at the #3 level. YES FINALLY :D

  • Sounds good, I have something in the middle of my middle finger also. I don't know what it is but it feels like a vain which came up. So soon you will be closing the #3! that is great!
