Did you guys know that the Ginyu Force appear again in Z? In buu saga filler, they appear in hell and frog ginyu can be seen on earth.

One Piece has around 900 random ass side characters that are weird for the sake of being weird and "original". I've seen most of the show and none of them left an impression on me. Toriyama on the other hand, almost effortlessly created 5 timeless characters that I still cherish today as an adult (mid 20s).

@TheFoxfang4 I 100 percent agree with what you're saying.

Most of One Piece 's characters are annoying and weird. But pretty much everyone in Dragonball is extremely memorable. For years I've always been amazed at Ginyu and his classic body change.

Now that being said, I hope One piece fans don't get mad. I certainly do not mean to offend anyone here. It's just an opinion.

@mrzisawesome Lawl, Im not going to get mad, but Im both a fan of One Piece and DBZ. I do agree with you on some points-Oda does make far too many characters, but its the effort he puts into their design that makes them memorable(for me at least). He does have too many characters though.

Toriyama on the other hand perfectly makes a group of characters flow naturally. S'why I personally like the Strawhat Crew, while most of the other characters just seem pointless.
