Attempting to do a back flip FAILS!

This is like my 10th animation and I FINALLY, got the perfect speed and Frame Per Second rate that I like, and it makes it a little semi smooth. I have gotten better over the course of the months so ... :P and a little funny as the beginning x] .. please enjoy. AND - if you don't have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything at all ALRIGHT!? Mk.
