  • The website says that you can connect up to 8 Bluetooth devices. Have you tested this? Every review that I have seen and watched, never mention this.

  • It's difficult to evaluate every possible scenario and device with these intercoms, so whatever we published in the reviews is all we did.

  • Great review thanks! I agree with ftp, a battery life test is the only thing lacking... I do have a question: You mention the great volume, and I seem to recall from another review that you wear earplugs. Is the volume sufficient for earplug use also? That's one of my biggest complaints with my current system. Thanks again!

  • Thanks - added a battery life test as an update to the review.

Yes, sound evaluations taken while using ear plugs.

Also, we're going to compare the voice sound quality on the Scala Q2 vs. the Interphone F4 and will post the results of that also along with sound file samples in the review, hopefully within the next couple of days.

  • Looks like a great product! You said in your review that you didn't test battery life. I think it would have been useful to test, for "musical" use. Long trips could really use some A2DP tunes.

  • Thanks, we'll have to try something, but the battery on my MP3 player won't last nearly as long I think, so not sure how we could do this!

  • How does this device compare to the Chatterbox XBi2? does the mic on this unit protrude far as my airframe helmet does not provide me with much space between my mouth and the chinbar.

  • That's alright, I don't think anybody does more than 7 hours of continuous riding.

PS: Change your mp3 player. I have a cheapo Philips that lasts 20 hours on an alkaline AAA.
