Maybe worth mentioning that checking the washing instructions can save a lot of worries as well. If you buy stuff that needs drycleaning or is handwash only, or needs to be washed on a special wool programme you maybe have done nice investment in the way of buying a nice piece of clothing but your expenses to keeping it nice really outweigh the benefits of having something nice. :)
But yay, sound advice once more! Especially the part on sowing!
