  • didnt say that, im saying you upgraded to a chip that had the same performance as the one you had before. Besides the q6600 was older, of course the phenom II 955 would perform better at its default clock speed. As an enthusiast i have both the 955 and the q6600 and i am more inclined to use the q6600 for something over the 955 simply because of its more smooth feedback when running, for some reason even at 3.2ghz the phenom II seems sketchy when running regular software, meant no offense to ya.

  • As if Phenom II cant be overclocked easily to 3,9ghz without voltage increase and only the Q6600 can be OC'd

  • duh... 2.4ghz to 3.2ghz the phenom 955 and q6600 at the same clock speed perform almost exactly the same so with the phenom 955 your technically getting the performance of a q6600 overclocked to 3.2ghz.... the q6600 was an amazing chip i hope it went to a more deserving home if you sold it.

  • whats up with all these fanboys?

  • went from an old Q6600 to a phenom iix4 955 along with an MSI 870 M/B for only 160euros ( both CPU+Mobo ) and the performance increase i saw at least in games was amazing ( apparently the Q6600 was limiting ny gtx460 way to much )

  • ATI OR NO BALLS

  • Now overclock a processor that's actually good. Also i'd rather see more of your build process and more numbers, instead of showing off your video editing skills. Thanks.

  • Gotta love AMD :) Got a AMD Phenom II x6 1090T Black Edition 4.05GHz Stable <3
