The Dell is a beautifully restored 15th Century Grade II listed cottage set in a delightful two acre woodland garden. Our village of Colden Common is located on the edge of the rolling South Downs and is 10 minutes drive from the Cathedral City of Winchester. It is an ideal base to discover the many delights of Hampshire. However, if relaxing is more your style please feel free to while away an afternoon in our lovely garden.
We offer two ensuite bedrooms - the Cottage Room and the Garden Room, as well as a cosy lounge/ dining room complete with wood burning stove where complimentary tea, coffee and water is served all day. There is plenty of private parking, wi-fi is available throughout the house and workspace is available for those travelling on business. Ironing facilities can be provided if required.
