I understand there protest given that the British have tried to dominate Scotland for centuries. Imagine having your wives and daughters raped while you are held at sword point completely powerless. The Brits killed way too many innocent Scots for them to expect a moment of silence. It would be like the Jews obeying a moment of silence for Germany's World War II dead
