Yeah i know, i know...its cool and hip to immediately like someone as soon as they performed with Garcia...but quite frankly, Grisman stinks on this one..annoying.....brings nothing to the table, and takes away from Garcia...My opinion, but also a fact.

  • have to admit and I am a bid Dawg fan however he is way over playing it in this version

    and on an other note he never needed the dead or anyone else to make it he is a stand alone type of guy as well as a good fit with who ever he joins but yes he is way over doing it

  • Never been really impressed by Grissman. He plays that thing like its an instrument of God or something. I just dont get it. Some songs sound good with a mandolin but it falls hollow on this one...If he had no connection to Jerry I doubt he would be very popular...Sorry....RIP Jerry...

  • Thank you for posting this great video, but I have to disagree with you. I think Grisman and Garcia always sounded incredible together.
