To lay down the smack against all the snacks thatre wack
Im spittin facts about nutrition, movin on a mission
Makin boys n girls healthy, like Im a pediatrician
Aint a vision of mine, everybody in line
Watchin their health decline until they end up with a flatline
Youre out of your mind to die from somethin you can change
Kinda strange, how some arrange their diets so deranged
Too many bacon triple stack heart attacks takin payback
Soon as you reach the age of double blackjack
Sidetracked n stressed, ya mind is outta control
Dont enroll in a gym, ya body is takin a toll
I take a stroll down any street, each and every one repeat
Charge a buck for two buns around some half-assed beef
Make ya stick to your seat, go on a hospital date
Cause you are what you eat and what you ate is your fate

Less meat, more veggies, feelin better already

Cause theres thousands of food to choose and use
But some choose to abuse cause they dont got a clue
Even though they watch the news on television, no intermission
Or commercial helps out any of their decisions
About the foods to consume, so everybody in the room
Gets all their veggies, grains, fruits, and legumes
I assume the position on the food pyramid
Dont kid with these kids bout what theyre puttin in their lids
Feels lucid like a dream and Im plottin a scheme
To get every single person in this country on my team

Pickin a healthier choice than that beef tenderloin
My plan comes with ease, fights every disease
Puttin cancer, stroke, heart, n diabetes on their knees
