The Bird Cage Theatre in Tombstone, Arizona had a violent past. There were 26 murders, which is most likely the reason as to why it is so haunted! The hauntings began in the eraly 1900s when the building was closed. Students passing the theatre from the school across the street would hear unexplained noises coming from the inside. Upon investigation, no one was there. In 1934 the Bird Cage Theatre was reopened as an attraction for tourists and ghost hunters. It became increasingly popular. The most active time of night is 9:00 p.m. Many employees do not enjoy being in the theatre at this time.
