How to get to Sky Pillar (Rayquaza) (NO CHEATS)

Hey youtube, today im just showing you how to get to Sky Pillar. It's where you catch Rayquaza the Legendary Dragon, Flying pokemon. I already beat the game and caught it so. SORRY about that. Just follow the steps that I show you and you should be set to go. Bring about 30 ultra balls or your choice. DON'T USE MASTERBALLS unless u have like 20 haha. The copyright goes to Pokemon Nintendo.
