Training at a commercial gym is far from perfect but it definitely will make you feel "special".. haha... Easyfit, Ville-la-Grand, France.
Here is the Squat session:
3@180kg, 3@210kg, 3@240 X3 each, 5@180kg
(First 2 plates on each sides are 25kg's)
Felt very easy. The paused Squat helped big time for me!!!!!

  • @chezkenny Very few people know about powerlifting here.People who are interested in strength tend to weightlifting otherwise they become bodybuilders. We have 2 raw annual events taking place in Thessaloniki and we had our first participation in the recent world championship in Czech Republic (IPF) with 3athletes but mostly for fun not for a good ranking, :-P Also, national competitions are not in a high level. It's mostly for fun, no real prizes etc. Keep it strong,i'm proud of you!

  • What kind of program/methods do you follow , and s/b/d max?

    Strong!

  • @freaknick250 Thanks bro! You too! Yeah those 2 athletes are my favorites (and not only because they are Greek!!) I didn't know about powerlifting level in Greece. I guess I assumed it was good, since Olympic lifting has always been top level. Good to know. But you're right about the jersey! It's a recent one, from last year. I was in Heraklion and I had it custom made there.

  • @chezkenny Haha, i thought it was a recent jersey and as i remember Papaloukas wear #4 when he was playing in the national team lol Galis is the best man. I think Galis and Pyrros Dimas are the two all time greatest athletes in Greece. Your..greeklish (greek in english letters) are great. We used to use this type of writing through internet/online. hehe Btw powerlifting in Greece is in an ancient level right now (as everything lol) but we do our first baby steps..Keep it strong bro!!!!

  • @freaknick250 Orea!! Y mitera mou ine elinida, para zen milo poli cala... Actually I hade the jersey custom made, it's number 4 but with name "GALIS" behind!! Nick the Greek is my all-time favorite player you know!!! Peace

  • @chezkenny Are you kidding me bro!!!?? I am also Greek!! I live in Athens hahaha :)) That's why i have seen you wear Papaloukas basketball jersey or sth like that!! Damn man! I got a big smile on my face. Do you speak also Greek?? Take care bro!

  • @freaknick250 Haha. Yeah I'm Greek, but I live in Switzerland/France and my girlfriend is from Italy so we were there for vacations. Where are from?

  • @chezkenny haha i see man! The small dog is the one that barks most... Being humble and patient is the way to do it. Keep it strong man :)) Btw where are you from?..I have seen you speak francais/french, somewhere else i have seen you in Italy if i am not wrong..You are actually a resident of the world, haha :) Personally i hate travelling around or doing big changes in my life lol

  • @tutunaru True true, that was pointed out. These shoes are far from optimal but no excuse. If form is perfect, it shouldn't happen anyways. Got to work on it!

  • You need better shoes! And look at your heels, they come up a little bit. This is not a hate comment, I can barely lift 130 kilos so I am not trying to be a smarty pants.
