I'm sorry but I only really wanted to capture my wife's dance school.There were other people videoing so I suppose they could post their's on youtube.You could,I suppose watch number 4 again next year as it seems to be an annual repeat!(apparently now in their 4th year).At least number 7 was an original like all the other schools(excluding number 1 who are the same dance school as number 4).I must state I have NO connection with number 7 other than with my wife.I don't know featherlady from no.6

Though I'm sure the original comments were made tongue in cheek I feel obliged to correct some misconceptions about our dance. We are a group of mums and dads that put the dance together last January just in time for the festival. We got back together this January with four new recruits to perform again. We had great fun performing and achieved my aim of making my daughters laugh/cringe. To win was unexpected but nice. Fair play to you for posting this, I wouldn't want my clumsy efforts on line.

Hello and thanks for coming back. You are absolutely right. The whole object was to give maximum enjoyment to both performers and audience. I thought all 7 groups were brilliant and have more bottle than I could ever summon up. I'm sure your daughters were laughing like me. I'm looking forward to next year's show.

Sorry John, my comment was meant as a joke and was for the benefit of Dolly (the featherlady from number 6) However I appear to have hit a nerve. Just to set the record straight it was our second year not our fourth.

Hey! The only nerve that might have been hit was my funny-bone (Ok not really a nerve). I loved the whole show put on by all 7 teams. By the look of things I think Dolly's been a star all her life. I wish I had the nerve to get up and dance like all these good people. Looking forward to being thoroughly entertained again next year.

I went to see the russell dance school show on the 16 mar the ones that did beauty school dropout did realy well i took my 2 boys to see the show and they loved it and has for all the grils and boys did realy well i would not have done that so i take my hat off to them has for abbie you was brillent and i love you lots keep up the brillent work lookforward to the next show from danceingril xxx

(carried on from before) It was a week after the comps.We danced at the comps for a bit of fun but thoroughly enjoyed the response we got from the kids! We were completely shocked to get placed but happy too! So if we enter again next year please let it be for fun ,which quite frankly is what it's all about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think perhaps some people are taking this all far too seriously! I was in the No 7 dance and had no idea we were being entered into the comps, as you may or may not have noticed we were not on the programme.Our dance was meant to be a comical interlude for our show which we did at The Broadway, Barking not HOLLYWOOD.(please read next comment)
