I was blessed enough to meet Ms Jackson. In chicago in the 50s such a gracious and humble lady she was. It was in Walgreens in the loop on Randolph st. in the cafeteria downstairs. I asked for her autograph and she so very graciously gave me one which I gave to my grandmother who was very excited in seeing this wonderful lady in person. She blessed my heart with her unique and special personality

Man I tell you I'm 21 years old and I listen to what I call great music as far as jazz, R&B, Soul, Gospel, Country even classical and I tell you she's the greatest AND she only sang one genre of music (Gospel) and she's my favorite singer then there's everyone else no questions Asked! Also, I read her biography, seen all her intervews, listened to all her music, and it seems like her soul was spotless as if she was an angel from GOD Listen to that VOICE
