Practicing pullups using pyramid training is the best way to bridge the gap between super set training and maximum repetition training. Pyramid training will allow you to build your strength and endurance without always having to perform maximum repetition sets. Gives your muscles a break.

  • @henryjhey Haha. Well, I'm not sure if you're just being funny or insulting - or both. Or, perhaps the truth hurts.

    But I'm not much into fashion sense, that's for sure. The music is selected from the shit offered by YT. If I put what I actually listen to in there, I would really get laughed at.
