5 day split Example
Mon -- Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Tues -- Back, shoulders, traps, abs
Wed - Off
Thurs -- Chest Abs
Fri -- Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Sat -- Lagging Muscle, Abs
Sun - Off
Guys, try keeping your chest and shoulder day far apart as possible as they're both pushing movements. For example, if you do your chest on monday, then it'd be best doing your shoulders on the thursday. As you know, your shoulders will come in to play during bench press slightly so keep them seperated as much as possible

@Fraternity187 What do you suggest then? So far my plan is working for me, but im do realize i am almost 17, and after the second chest day, i have a three say rest before i work it again.
