Manuela....Isabell and Anais decided to get rid of Emilio. The reason? Emilio realized that something was wrong with Isabell(aka Anais) because she was not the woman he loved. For him Isabell became a murderer because she killed Zaira infront of him.

So Emilio went after Anais (aka Isabell) to see why did she go to a strange house. In the house he realized that the real Isabell was hiding in the house because of her destroyed face and the woman who pretended to be her was Anais.
