Christmas cracker tools worked a treat for me... Thank you Santa all fixed! No more over heating after using a very soft painting brush and hoover.
Take your time when putting back together as the seven tabs at the back take a bit of patience.

I tried popping those back clips in with the dremel tool but it just doesnt work. Got the first 2 loose but it doesn't work for the other ones so I just yanked the whole thing off and tore some of the tabs off, lol.
