The great thing about Hostelling is the commons kitchen, spartan bunk beds, and group outings to activities that demonstrate local/national culture.

So much better than luxury rubbish.

And Hostelling was originally organized so that each Hostel would be one day's bicycle ride apart. Again, to allow folks to really experience another country and culture.

These all look so much more friendly and clean and comfortable than that crummy place I stayed in up on East 112th in Harlem. I bet they all have hot water and lockers too :/
