@DannyNewman The title is "Tarantelle Styrienne", later republished as "Danse" (for piano, orchestrated by Maurice Ravel). "Danse sacrée et danse profane" is a different piece (for harp and strings).

Paul this is great! Thank you!

Definitely professional quality Well done!!
-
sounds like early Tomita but with less detailing, still good though
-
mad sounds but it makes a real change from the mass produced guff thats all around us now, keeps it up, we need more like this!
-
really good, I haven't heard anything like this before, brilliant !

Awesome! Cool to find someone doing this!
Do you have more?

@nemirn
Yes, more are on the way and with a new studio setup I think they should be quite interesting :-)

Huge props for even attempting this. It seems to lake a certain depth that Tomita's sound did, but that's being critical.
Very impressive effort.

That was then 10 years ago, if i did this again now it would be very different, If I get the time I might well do

The full title of this piece is I believe "Danses Sacrée et Profane". This is really good. Did you use a Moog synth? At one point it sounded like a Kurzweil run through an echo machine (Binson Echorec?) much like Rick Wright did on the song "Echoes".

Thanks, this was all done about 10 years ago on a Roland JV1080, Yamaha AN35, Boss SE70 effects and some other bits which i cant remember right now. Couldn't afford a Moog back then but now I am just about to start using a modular system
