@Shippoyasha I totally agree. All three countries had a highly developed culture and intellectuals and craftsmen alike were not too shy to look over the borders of their own countries for inspiration. There was so much intercultural exchange and ideas going back and forth, hardly any single nation can claim to have come up with something independently.

I'm Japanese in origin and I have total respect for Korean archery. I am just ashamed of disgusting racists saying Korea/China steals everything. When in fact, cultures between China, Korea and Japan has been shared for thousands of years. Arguing whether the egg or the chicken came first is akin to that. It doesn't matter. Even for something like Judo/Yudo, Kendo and whatnot, if people take adaptations seriously, then they are totally legitimate.
