haha this is busy? I guess being a chef and cooking on a line, even though its not short order is different. I would take this over having 30 tickets in the window for 8 hours straight. line cooks get shit done.

you can hear in french that the chef is giving shit to someone, d'hôtel, about serving cold and dry food...he said it's happen every days and everybody don't care about the order...
