Amateur radio stations can only communicate with other amateur stations and cannot play music. We use several short wave bands and are free to use any open frequency. The amateur bands start at 1.8mhz to 2.0, 3.5 to 4, 7.9-7.3, and on up. YOu would need a receiver capable of receiving those frequencies and also capable or receiving single sideband transmissions. It is therefore unlikely you would find me on the air. I can reach stations worldwide most of the time.
