@TheMoonandSea Now that they have all those "great things" our society is now sterile and dying. While at some level it is wonderful that women can do all these things, any society that encourages women to neglect their responsibility to become mothers will die off and be replaced by societies that are able to reproduce. I would also point out that the movies you mentioned are extreme examples and not the norm for most families. A misandrist agenda promoted movies like those being made.

Back in the good old days women couldn't get jobs that paid them enough to survive. They couldn't get into universities, go into the professions or trades, start business or buy property. Wife beating and incest were extremely common. Watch "The Burning Bed" with Farrah Fawcet (husband beat shit out of her daily) "Nuts" with Barbra Streisand or "Delores Claiborne" with Kathy Bates (daughter getting poked by Daddy) to get a taste of what life was like for women in the good old days.

@brianpadrickdrake I like how you changed my response to fit your argument. I said nothing about children; I simply said men throughout history have killed an astronomical amount of people compared to women. That statement is a fact. Women have sex & men kill, a gross simplification but throughout history this is more true than not. No debate, just a fact. If I use your argument about women & child abuse/neglect then I have to ask the obvious, where are the fathers?

Women today are disgusting. At least in the old days, women looked like women. Now they look like bleach-blonde post-op transvestites and are disgusting. You can't satisfy a woman today. All they want is someone to pay for their disgusting habits and who doesn't care if they're with a different man every night. No wonder people don't reproduce anymore, with women like we have today.

If I could choose a woman from the present or past, it would most certainly be the past. I can't explain it in words, but women on the whole just seemed 'better women'! By enlarge, they were proper women; ladies acting like ladies should! Not the case that you have today i.e. drunken, loutish women with skirts up to their asses, passing out or chucking up vomit and then having a good laugh in the process - followed by a curry and fart! How standards have fallen with the progression of time!
