  • the .001 is good enough. Fractions can be difficult to work with if you have to add and subract a bunch of them. Decimals are much easier to work with in my opinion. 1/64 or .063 is probably good enough, kinda on the border though. They are usually plastic which makes them flexible....and that is another reason they can't be depended on to be much more accurate then 1/64.

  • 1/64 is not .063, 1/16 is .063 you better take a refresher course.

  • @carypappass The problem is he's using a in-camera-microphone...every touch..press of a button and so on makes a huge noise ;)

  • Your videographer dose a pretty good job....but the clicking sounds are very distracting....maybe it's her neckless banging aganist the camera !

  • How accurate should (dial) calipers be?

    Most seem to measure to .001 inches. However, a few also measure in fractions as well as in decimal inches. Is 1/64 inch good enough?
